Established by Shraddha Joshi, Entrepreneur and Footwear Designer from FDDI, Mumbai, Sole Weavers officially launched its e-store at in March 2022. The company envisions bringing back the culture of handcrafted shoes for the modern, style-conscious, astute Indian who doesn’t settle for less but is constantly on the look-out for a pair of shoes that is The Best From The Rest when it comes to style, comfort, and price. Q. What is your message to potential/ To-Be entrepreneurs? Plan, Prepare, and Participate. Thorough Analysis and Planning are imperative in this field. Q. When going gets tough, the tough has to ……..? Show up, Stay Strong, and Determined. Q. 5 am club, 80:20, and many theories are there? Which one do you believe in and why? I have read and tried working on the 5 am club. Any theory you adopt should match your situation, intention, and happiness. Q. The competition is fierce, what is your mantra to cut through it? Be determined, work hard, don’t give up soon. Be loyal to the ecosystem and be adaptive. Q. Do you celebrate small wins? When was the last time you celebrated your success with the team? And how? We have recently achieved a tiny milestone by getting all organic followers on Instagram (2733 V/s 899). Delivered our 200th order without any return delivery request. Delivered a pair to the customer whose both Right and Left foot length differs from each other.
